A battle of the cheerleaders is about to take place on the season premiere of Degrassi: The Next Generation when Becky shows everyone who's boss.

Chatter On Alli Disappointing Clare On 'Degrassi'

On Thursday, Hollywood Life posted a sneak peek of the episode when Zoe comes to cheerleading tryouts and everyone does a routine together. While the girls show off different kinds of talent, Zoe has her turn, but it does not leave Becky impressed in the least. Considering that things have been pretty rough on Becky with her brother's court case, she's not exactly in the greatest mood especially since she chose to be Zoe's friend. But Zoe gives the impression that she's trying to make herself look extra awesome.

When Becky tells the girls that they need to give it their all, Zoe decides to do a round-off with a back-hand spring and a back tuck. The crowd gives an applause except of course Becky, who asks Zoe if she knows a lot about cheerleading. Zoe says "a smidge," which sounds like it'll lead to some compliments. But Becky lets it go and tells the hopefuls that a decision will be made by the end of the day.

She also offers the crowd to think of some fundraising ideas like a bake sale. Zoe mentions something from one of the Bring It On movies that might work, but Becky says that only team members will be able to decide on that.

Does this mean Zoe won't be chosen for the team? Or will she be able to convince Becky otherwise?
