The third season of Banshee is just around the corner where Antony Starr (Lucas) dished on the insanity that's about to take place.

On Thursday, GamerHubTV posted a brief interview with the actor who mentioned that the third season of the wild action-packed series will be a lot like the second season- except with much more craziness.

"Season 3 is more of the same and then some. It's like Season 2 on steroids," Starr said. "And I didn't think we could do that, but somehow we have. It's an interesting show to make because there's so much action in it, but yet it's also really emotionally and dramatically demanding as well. I've never worked on anything like it."

It can take a lot of confidence and motivation to be part of this series, but the actor said that it's all worth it.

"It's really super demanding and it's a brutal show to make, but I think the results are paying off," he said. "The process is paying off."

Starr also admitted that there is a lot he would like to see take place on the show, but it doesn't matter because he thinks the writers are doing an excellent job.

"It's one of those things that I really like where the writers are taking it and I really like the tone of the show," he said. "I like the creativity involved in the writing process so I kind of keep my ideas to myself a little bit, and I respect them and their talent and their creativity and let them tell the stories. It's their job to tell."
