AMC is hosting a two-day Walking Dead marathon to help fans get prepared for the return on season 5.

The return of the AMC hit show is only a week and a few days away from the mid season opener, and what better way to celebrate than by catch up on all of your favorite episodes.

According to the Walking Dead official Twitter account, on Sunday, Feb. 1, the network will kick off a marathon that is set to begin at 10 a.m.

Luckily for fans, the marathon is two days long and doesn't conclude until Monday at 5 a.m. the next day.

There's more good news. The marathon will resume again on Friday, Feb. 6, just in time to get viewers all caught up and ready for the mid season premiere on Sunday the 8th.

Since the season 5 winter finale, fans have been left with so many unanswered questions, and they're eager to find out what's going to happen next.

Here's what fans do know. During the finale, it became evident that Sasha still wasn't over Bob, hence her decision to free a prisoner because he shared the same name as her late boyfriend.

Rick is ready to kill Police Officer Bob because he won't stop running away. Rick hit the man with a police vehicle, and then decided he would be a good idea to shoot him in the head.

The police officers in the show clearly aren't who they say they are. After Officer O'Donnell overheard a conversation between Beth and Dawn, Beth pushes O'Donnell down the elevator shaft.

And of course it wouldn't be a season finale if one of the most beloved characters doesn't die. Sadly, Beth is killed, and hopefully the mid season opener gives viewers more insight into her death.

The Walking Dead returns on Sunday, Feb. 8 at 9 p.m. on AMC. Viewers can watch a sneak peek of the mid season opener in the video below.
