Rather than surrendering, Nida went to the home he and Parks share, just as she was preparing to change the garage door locks and codes. He wasted no time and rushed into the garage while shouting, "That's crazy!"

He then asked, "Why would y'all do that to me? Why would y'all lock me out of my own house?" as he handed Parks the garage opener that she wondered if she would ever get back.

Parks then told Nida he's overreacting because they are just changing the codes for the garage. He pointed out that altering the garage would mean he wouldn't be able to get in.

Parks said, "Well you weren't supposed to be here. So I didn't know who you left it with. You're supposed to be reporting to prison today."

That clearly struck a nerve with Nida as he slammed the door and went into the home. He shortly came back out and reminded Parks to put his clothes that were in the laundry room into his drawer.

He then confronted Parks about speculation that she was cheating.

"Your boyfriend has clothes in here."

A friend of Parks wondered what Nida was referring to. Parks said, "I don't know."

Nida is currently serving his sentence in Lexington, Ky. He pleaded guilty to several counts of fraud including identity theft last year. Parks has confirmed that she is looking to divorce him.
