Grey's Anatomy is heating up in the drama department especially when it comes to Dr. Meredith Grey (Ellen Pompeo) and her husband Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey).

Meredith & Derek Deal With Their Relationship Issues On 'Grey's Anatomy'

The press release for this Thursday's episode With or Without You reveals that Meredith and Derek's relationship will be the main focus.

In a previous episode, light was shed on some shocking information involving Derek, Meredith and an unidentified woman.

Cops Get Injured On 'Grey's Anatomy'

Meredith placed a call to her husband and another female answered the phone, which led to Meredith questioning if her husband is cheating on her.

That trailer can be viewed below as well as a clip from last week's episode, which shows Derek showing up unannounced at his home with Meredith.

In the clip, Meredith is sitting on her couch surrounded by notes as a voiceover of herself says, "Symptoms. Red flags. Warning signs. Things we should pay attention to. Things we shouldn't ever ignore."

Suddenly she becomes alert when the knob of the front door beings to twist and jerk. She quickly walks to the front door to open it and reveal Derek on the doorstep.

"I took the first flight, left my keys," Derek explains for his struggle of getting inside on his own.

"Uh huh," Meredith replies as she stares at him with a stunned expression on her face.

He stares back at her as her voiceover comes over again. This time the voiceover says, "Things that are bad. Things that could really hurt us."

"You called me and a woman answered my phone," Derek says to Meredith as he remains on the doorstep.

"I called you and a woman answered your phone," Meredith replies before her voiceover takes over again saying, "Things that it might just be too late to fix."

That's how Don't Dream It's Over ended, leaving many questions to linger.

In the promo for this week's episode, which is below, more information is revealed about Derek's relations while he has been away. The unidentified woman is revealed; it's a fellow doctor he has been working with in Washington, D.C. who appears to put the moves on him in the promo.

Grey's Anatomy airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
