A Patient's Behavior Sparks Memories For Richard On 'Grey's Anatomy'

The March 19 episode has not aired yet, but fans of Grey's Anatomy know it will focus on a patient's condition that will spark a conversation between Dr. Richard Webber (James Pickens Jr.) and Maggie about Alzheimer's disease.

The press release for this Thursday's episode also touched on Dr. Meredith Grey's (Ellen Pompeo) biggest fears about her husband Dr. Derek Shepherd (Patrick Dempsey), which ties into the following week's episode.

This Thursday's episode, Don't Dream It's Over, will set things in motion for what will come of Meredith and Derek's relationship.

According to the press release, the March 26 episode called With or Without You will focus on Meredith and Derek's fragile relationship.

The couple will "face the music" as the press release stated.

Meredith will be rattled by the latest events and will try to figure out what to do about her husband.

Back in January, showrunner Shonda Rhimes told The Hollywood Reporter that Meredith's focus will mainly be on herself for the rest of this season.

"For Meredith, this journey is really about her coming into her own as a surgeon, figuring out who she is and who she wants to be, standing on her own two feet and trying to be her own person for the first time without the support of Cristina (Sandra Oh) and without the support of Derek," Rhimes said.

This episode will also feature Dr. Owen Hunt (Kevin McKidd) dealing with his mother's admittance into the hospital.

Grey's Anatomy airs on Thursday nights at 8 p.m. ET on ABC.
