Why haven't Leah Messer and Jeremy Calvert been on Twitter or Facebook?

Leah Messer's Be Glossy Website Shut Down After Investigation Reports

For the last month, the Teen Mom 2 couple has been nearly completely silent on social media, as has Calvert's alleged online fling, Brittany Musick. So, what gives?

Unfortunately, it's hard to tell. However, the reason behind their silence could be the current production of MTV's sixth season of Teen Mom 2, which Jenelle Evans confirmed earlier this week.

Leah Calvert's Be Glossy Partner Speaks Out About Investigation Reports

At the end of last year, and early this year, Messer and Calvert were plagued with rumors regarding Messer's alleged infidelities and drug use. In October, Calvert accused Messer of cheating on him with Robbie Kidd, who eventually confirmed the affair. Around the same time, Calvert was linked to Musick, with whom he reportedly struck up a friendship.

On February 28, Messer shared her final Twitter post, which featured a photo of her twin girls, Ali and Aleeah, during a cheerleading event. Her husband shared a tweet that day as well, and has posted just one photo since.

Messer's ex-husband, Corey Simms, the father of her twins, has been silent on Twitter as well. In fact, he hasn't tweeted in over two months. Wife Miranda Simms has also been quiet. Her last tweet was dated Jan. 16 (she has shared several re-tweets since, the latest of which was posted on March 2).

Teen Mom 2 season 6 is expected to return to MTV later this year.
