For the past couple of months or so, the popular Netflix political drama House of Cards (HoC) has been in the midst of a tax credits battle between its production company, Media Rights Capital, and the State of Maryland. Now that the show creator, Beau Willimon, has revealed that he and his team of writers are nearing the finish line for the final scripts, it is increasingly imperative that MRC decides where it will film Season 3. Plus, apparently Netflix is already thinking ahead about a fourth season.

It's been a few weeks since the 'House of Cards' producers failed to receive the millions more dollars in tax credits they'd requested from the state of Maryland for season 3. So, the next question is, will the show remain filming in Maryland?
