Lena Dunham, the lead actress and creator of HBO's hit drama series "Girls," has once again slammed the critics who are obsessed with her size. This time, the actress has stepped out to clear and put an end to all the speculations about her current weight loss.

The actress, on her Instagram post on Friday, revealed that she is currently battling a condition. "Right now I'm struggling to control my endometriosis through a healthy diet and exercise," Lena Dunham wrote. Further noting that what is currently happening to her is not a "triumph" or a sign that she has given in to those criticizing her.

Because of the pain that she's suffering from her condition, Lena Dunham had to sign up to Tracy Anderson's workout routine. The exercise and fitness program has helped her deal with the pain and anxiety that comes with it, Huffington Post reported. This has led many haters to label her hypocrite on social media after her stance with how she embraces her figure.

Despite what the online critics are saying about Lena Dunham's figure, the 30-year-old actress is still confident about herself. In fact, she even once praised a magazine publication for not altering her figure on the finished photo shoot, according to BBC.

Many haters, despite the "drastic" weight loss, have gone out on Twitter to bash the actress and writer. But Refinery29 has gone and defended Lena Dunham asking those who criticize her to back off. And focus on other things than someone else' body weight or figure.

Lena Dunham even went on to share some insight as to how she finds the human body - and the changes that happen through the years. "I've accepted that my body is an ever changing organism, not a fixed entity- what goes up must come down and vice versa," she explained.
