That's right, comic book fans, you will have to wait until at least season 2 (or a possible DC film) to meet Booster Gold. The 25th century man will not have any interaction with his time traveling son as the Arrow and Flash spinoff gains its sea legs.

"I wish I could tease a Booster thing but, you might have to wait a good long while at least on our show," showrunner Phil Klemmer teased, according to The Hollywood Reporter.

Legends of Tomorrow will feature Arthur Darvill (Doctor Who) as Rip Hunter, a time traveling hero intent on stopping the immortal Vandal Savage from achieving world domination. Savage, who has existed since cavemen gathered around the campfire, will have to face off with Rip and his band of heroes as the first season progresses.

The Legends of Tomorrow universe will introduce White Canary (Caity Lotz), The Atom (Brandon Routh), Firestorm (Victor Garber), Hawkgirl (Ciara Renee), and Jay Jackson (Franz Drameh).
