New photos from the set of Ryan Gosling and Emma Stone's new movie La la Land could spark some rumors concerning both of their relationships.

The pair, who are teaming up as a romantic duo for their third on-screen outing together, were spotted filming scenes for their new movie together in L.A. earlier this week, where they appeared to be on a date that doesn't go very well.  

In the photos, the two appear to be headed to a movie theater, but things go awry when the location appears closed down, which causes Stone's character to express upset and run off, while Gosling's seems angry and looks like he might try to break something against the building as he expresses his rage.

Though the photos are innocent and are for the film, there has been slightly misleading hints that the two were actually stepping out together on a real date.  

They also come after other reports surfaced that claimed Mendes was allegedly jealous of the two pairing up again, and that she warned Stone to stay away from Gosling.   

The reports, which weren't proved real or fake, initially surfaced through The National Enquirer, and claimed that Mendes had warned Stone through an assistant to keep any heat between her and Gosling onstage only.  

The reports also claimed that both Gosling and Mendes and Stone and her on-again boyfriend Andrew Garfield were all going through rough patches, which supposedly prompted Mendes' warning.
