Agents of SHIELD officially has a season 3 premiere title.

Coulson (Clark Gregg) and Co. will burst back onto the scene this fall, and they will do so during "Laws of Nature."

It's a brave new world for SHIELD. The Inhumans are popping up all over the globe thanks to a terrigan-tainted crop of fish oil pills, and it will be up to Daisy (Chloe Bennet) and Mack's (Henry Simmons) Secret Warriors initiative to keep them - and those around them - out of harms way (see video below).

"These 'aliens' are popping up all over the world, without anybody to guide them, so there's a lot of fear and paranoia," executive producer Jeff Bell told TV Line.

While Coulson always has people's best interests at heart, the Inhumans will also be hounded by the Advanced Threat Containment Unit. Lead by Constance Zimmer's unnamed character, even the agency's name is foreboding.

Set to pick up several months after the finale, the premiere will see everyone of Team SHIELD settling into a life without Simmons (Elizabeth Henstridge). Everyone except Fitz (Iain De Casetecker), that is.

"It's Fitz's mission to get Simmons back. It's a solo mission," Henstridge revealed to Zap2It. "I think that the whole team has tried [to find her] and nothing has worked, so at some point you have to go, 'She's gone, we have to move on.' But Fitz refuses to do that."
