He was happy with the last family reunion he got when his sister Gabi (Camilla Banus) was released from prison, but Rafe (Galen Gerig) won't be as cheerful when he spots another significant figure from his past lurking around town again on Days of Our Lives.

Paige's Father Unexpectedly Turns Up In Salem

His father-Eduardo (A Martinez) will be back in town, and Rafe will demand answers as to why he is there after so many years. If Eduardo comes clean to tell him he is there for his daughter, Rafe will immediately thunder that he is to go nowhere near Gabi-which will force Eduardo to tell the truth.

He is really back in town because he came to see how Eve (Kassie DePaiva) -his ex-wife--was coping after their daughter Paige's shocking murder. Though their reunion was also not heart-warming initially, as it had been 10 years since he had seen her or Paige, things eventually got to a slightly better place after both broke down emotionally over their painful loss.

Now, Rafe will be shocked when he learns Eduardo was also Paige's father-meaning the murdered girl who's case he is trying to solve was actually his sister also. The news will be shocking for Rafe, who only knew about Gabi-and it will cause him heartache that he never got to know his sister well enough before she died. It will also make the case significantly more personal for him as well, because he will be even more determined to put the person who strangled her behind bars.

Days of Our Lives airs Monday-Friday at 1 p.m. on NBC.
