Even though many fans hate Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James for his past actions, people still know that he has done good deeds in his illustrious basketball career. He added another one when he surprisingly approached a fan in the crowd during a game against the Boston Celtics.

James went to a fan who was wearing a Celtics jersey and greeted him with a sign of respect. It turned out that this fan was awarded an MVP award at a recent Special Olympics event. This young man first got a standing ovation from a sell-out crowd, then he was greeted by probably the best basketball player in the planet today.

Aside from this class move, James is also known for his charity works off the court. He has supported numerous foundations such as After-School All-Stars, Boys and Girls Clubs of America, Children's Defense Fund, Gabrielle's Angel Foundation and ONEXONE.
