The Blacklist's Tom Keen might not be in line to be a daddy.

'The Blacklist' Season 3: Will Liz Keep Her Baby? 'Drexel' Plot Revealed

Liz Keen (Megan Boone) will be sporting a baby bump for the rest of the season, but her little bundle of joy isn't necessarily the product of her season 2 coupling with her ex. In the world of The Blacklist, it's never safe to assume the obvious.

"I don't think it's safe to assume that [Tom is the father]," series creator Jon Bokenkamp, according to Entertainment Weekly. "I think it's good to anticipate that. She and Tom did have an evening together on a boat last season. The timing of that evening may add up to the exact math of where we are today. Tom is the likely suspect, yes."

If Tom (Ryan Eggold) is the father, Liz will need to decide how and when to tell him. Revealing the results of her pregnancy test might not be No. 1 on Lizzie's to do list.

"How or what does she tell Tom? What does she tell the people that she's working with?" Bokenkamp teased. "It even caught her by surprise because she's been on the run, she's been a fugitive, she's been in these incredibly stressful circumstances, which eclipsed the idea of being pregnant. It never even occurred to her."
