ABC has released a short synopsis for episode 8.11 of Castle, which is titled Dead Red. The synopsis reads as follows:

"The son of a Russian diplomat is murdered; during the investigation, Castle entertains a jovial Russian security guard, who turns out to be more involved in the case than expected."

With Castle involving himself with high ranking Russian officials, it remains to be seen how dangerous of a situation he is getting himself into. Regardless, it should be a fun, juicy episode.

Dead Red is set to air Monday, Feb. 15 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC. This will be the third of three new Castle episodes airing within eight days of each other. This is because the network decided to push the midseason premiere back from Feb. 1 to Feb. 8 (to make room for another Bachelor Live episode tonight).

So the midseason premiere will air next Monday and then to make up for tonight's lost air date, ABC is airing a special episode of Castle on Sunday, Feb. 14. Then, there will be another episode on the 15th, which is Dead Red.

Castle season 8 returns on Monday, Feb. 8 at 10 p.m. ET/PT on ABC.
