She was finally starting to seek out help for her issues stemming from Brooke's (Katherine Kelly Lang) confession about still loving Bill (Don Diamont), but after Bill voices his concerns about her sobriety, Katie (Heather Tom) will have a major setback on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Katie Takes A Step Towards Reconciliation

Even after her therapy session, it became clear to Bill that Katie had too much to drink again, which caused him to whisk their son, Will, away from her, upsetting her further. And now, as they continue having it out over the situation that is threatening to rip their marriage completely apart, Katie will realize that Bill is beginning to worry about her capabilities as a mother.

"Please don't tell me that you're concerned about leaving Will alone with me," Katie says in a preview clip for the Friday, March 4 episode.

Deacon Helps Quinn With Her Plans

However, if Bill confirms he is indeed worried about keeping their son with her while she's drinking so hard, it could cause Katie to spiral even more out of control, and she will turn even more to the alcohol she has found gives her comfort as a result.

"I will make a holy spectacle of myself and I don't care who sees," she says.

Finally, Bill will decide there's nothing he can do to get through to her, and will try to bring Brooke in as a last resort to try and convince Katie there is nothing for her to be worried about--though even Brooke will grow exasperated by her endless attempts to convince her sister she isn't trying to steal her husband again, and she may lash back because of it.

"I have accepted the fact that Bill and I won't be together, why can't you?" She screams in the clip.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
