Tonight's episode of Survivor: Kaoh Rong is slated to be the scariest episode ever, according to host Jeff Probst.

This week's episode of Survivor: Kaoh Rong will feature the medical evacuation of one castaway on top of multiple medical situations for other castaways. This has been previewed in the promos leading up to the episode, with multiple castaways lying on the ground, seemingly in exhaustion.

Probst recently spoke with Yahoo about this episode, revealing that it is the most dramatic in the show's history.

"This is the most compelling, dramatic, and at times, scary hour of television that we've ever done. It was just a perfect storm of Mother Nature and physical effort combining for a very dramatic result," he warned.

So what is it that makes multiple castaways go down? The challenge, which looks like it involves digging deep into sand, is something they've done before in previous seasons. But there are other elements that come into play.

"The challenge that happens in this episode is a challenge that we've done before - nothing particularly unique about it - it just happened to be the effort involved in the challenge combined with the intense heat and the exhaustion of the contestants led to this collision of elements," Probst said. "It was the perfect storm, and fortunately we have a really good medical team that's on site 24/7, everywhere we're shooting, they're there. So, everybody's always in the best of hands."

Survivor: Kaoh Rong - Brawn vs. Brains vs. Beauty airs Wednesday at 8 p.m. ET/PT on CBS.
