In a recent Entertainment Weekly spoiler report, it was revealed that a bunch of The CW shows, The Flash, Arrow, Supergirl or Legends of Tomorrow, will be in for surprising returns and exits.

The shows' executive producer Andrew Kreisberg revealed to the publication that fans should prepare to be thrown some. "There are some surprise returns and some surprise exits across all the shows," he said.

In other great news about Arrow, the CW announced that Arrow has been renewed for another season.

TVLine reported that The CW head Mark Pedowitz announced early renewals for some of the network's shows.

Arrow has been renewed with other shows like The Flash, The Vampire Diaries, The Originals, Jane the Virgin and iZombie. In a press statement Pedowitz spoke about the motivation behind renewing these shows.

"The CW has become home to some of the most critically-acclaimed shows on broadcast television, with a wide array of fantastic scripted series across the week, ranging from musical comedy, to superhero action, to gritty sci-fi dramas," Pedowitz said. "As we continue to further our strategy of more year-round original programming, picking up these 11 series for the 2016-2017 season puts us in a great position of having proven, high-quality shows to launch in the fall as well as midseason and summer of 2017."

The next episode, entitled 'Broken Hearts' will air on March 23.
