Reality-tv actress Kim Kardashian sat in a nine-hour deposition on Tuesday and allegedly testified that despite estranged husband Kris Humphries' claim that the marriage was fake, she did love him when she they got married.

Since getting pregnant with Kanye West's baby, Kardashian has been attempting to get her divorce over as soon as possible, but her legal husband thinks the whole marriage was done for TV ratings, and wants an annulment based on fraud.

The actress testified at the offices of her lawyer Laura Wesser that her reality show Keeping Up With The Kardashian had nothing to do with her union to the NBA player. She reportedly said that she loved Kris when they exchanged vows in the August 2011 wedding that was televised.

Last week, Enstars reported details that emerged around documents obtained by Life & Style, claiming that the public proposal to the reality star was all a fake.

Keeping Up With The Kardashians producer Russell Jay admitted that multiple scenes from the show were "scripted, reshot or edited" to make Humphries look like the bad guy. The documents included a 165-page deposition stating that Kardashian wanted to reshoot the proposal because she "didn't like the way her face looked."

Although it may be normal for a reality show to do re-shoots, Jay also claimed that a scene where Kim admitted that she was having doubts about her marriage to her mother Kris Jenner, was not shot on a trip to Dubai as shown, but at a later date on a Los Angeles sound stage.

"Kris feels vindicated" about the exposed deposition, a friend told Life & Style. "It's obvious they were trying to tarnish his reputation. This will prove how fake Kim and the show are."

Hollywood Life reported that Humphries was not in attendance at the deposition and his lawyer Lee Hutton didn't ask many questions about the reality show.

The former couple was married for only 72 days, before Kardashian filed for divorce on Oct. 31, 2011. More than a year and a half later, Kardashian and Humphries' divorce trial will begin May 6.
