Saddle up, folks; it's time for the Legends of Tomorrow to head to the Old West.

Rip's team is currently scattered across time, but once the Waverider's crew is together once more, the Legends will jump from the 1950s to the future to the world of Clint Eastwood.

"When the team needs a place to hide out, Rip (Arthur Darvill) sets a course for the Old West. Upon arrival, they start a fight with a gang of outlaws, putting the small town in jeopardy," The CW teased. "Luckily, an old friend of Rip's, Jonah Hex (guest star Johnathon Schaech), steps in to save them."

April 13's "The Magnificent Eight" will mark Hex's first iteration since the character's lackluster 2010 film. Fans of the gunslinger will be happy to here that Hex's involvement with Rip's team may not be a one time deal.

"Ever since we decided that Legends would involve time-travel, we were eager to do a story set in the Old West," executive producer Marc Guggenheim told The Hollywood Reporter. "But if you're going to do a story set in the DC Universe version of the Old West, you simply must include Jonah Hex in it. We're thrilled about bringing another well known, beloved DC character to television."

Official pictures of DC's new Jonah Hex have yet to hit the Internet, but Schaech posted teaser snap during filming.
