>In a recently revealed still from Jason Bourne, Matt Damon is seen wielding a cop bike with absolute action star aplomb. His face is a bit bruised and battered.

The image was unveiled by USA Today as part of their summer movie preview. In the backdrop of the image there seems to be a riot or protest of some sort going on, with the masses holding sticks and batons, determinedly heading forward, while Damon as Bourne is seemingly on his own mission moving against the crowd.

In other recent news, Damon dished about how they decided on the title for the film.

In an interview with Empire, the actor revealed that they were initially planning on going with the usual "The Bourne [Something]" for the title, but the complexity of the character at this stage had them change their minds.

"We talked about calling it The Bourne Something," Damon said, "but I think the idea was to separate this film from the others, because so much time has passed since we did one. Ours are really about identity, and the guy's search for identity, and at the end of the third one, he says 'I'm no longer Jason Bourne'. So without giving too much away, the new one starts with the implications of that: okay, then who is he? What is this identity that's just sitting out there unclaimed? What does it mean? I think the title will make more sense when you see the movie, but it felt right because it felt pertinent to the story we were telling and also different from the others--in the right way. A decade has passed..."

Jason Bourne will release on July 29, 2016.
