Does Nashville stand a chance of being renewed for a fifth season?

On Tuesday, TV By the Numbers released details on current shows on ABC that could either get canceled or renewed in the next month. While the country drama didn't have too much of a chance of sticking around before, it looks like numbers have slightly improved.

The show is at a 1 in the 18-49 rating with 0.74 in the renew/cancel index, leaving it at a tossup between cancellation and renewal.

So while chances aren't great for a fifth year, they're not horrible either.

The Catch, American Crime and The Real O'Neals are also at a tossup of being picked up or let go by next month. As for shows that have a likely chance of cancellation, fans might want to be prepared to say goodbye to The Family, Agent Carter and The Muppets.

Programs that have already been picked up for a new season include Quantico, The Middle, Grey's Anatomy, Agents of SHIELD, Black-ish and plenty more.

Whether Nashville sticks around or not, Connie Britton (who plays Rayna) previously opened up with The Hollywood Reporter on what fans can expect from her character's romance with Deacon since it's so different from what she's had in the past.

"To some degree, her marriage to Teddy was a way of trying to cut herself off from her feelings for Deacon, so I think she only learned from her past marriage," Britton said. "I think she learned from almost marrying Luke Wheeler. And I think those things all sort of helped her to get to this place where she's like, 'You know, I'm just going to do what I probably wanted to do my whole life.'"

Nashville airs on Wednesdays at 10 p.m. ET on ABC.
