Corey Simms is enjoying spring with his family.

In addition to a fun family party over the weekend in honor of Memorial Day, the Teen Mom 2 star recently spent time with his 6-year-old daughter, Aleeah, during a camping trip in West Virginia.

Simms' other 6-year-old, Ali, opted out of the trip, choosing to instead stay with his father, Jeff Simms.

Also recently on Twitter, Simms' wife, Miranda, posted a couple of photos of all of Simms' children, including their daughter, Remington, who was born last November.

Throughout Teen Mom 2 season seven, Corey and Miranda Simms have been at odds with his ex-wife, Leah Messer, due to their fight for custody, and because of some allegedly bad editing in recent years, fans may not be seeing much more of the family.

“Corey feels MTV did him dirty,” a friend of Simms explained to Radar Online in March, adding that the reality star and father of three believed producers took it easy on "pill-popping Messer."

“He thinks they had the perfect opportunity to show viewers, ‘This is what happens when you get on drugs, this is the reality.’ Instead, they made it seem like Corey was constantly attacking Leah for no reason,” the source alleged.

So, rather than continue on with his full-time role, Simms and his wife opted to film in lesser roles.

“Corey told MTV just what he thought about the situation, and said that he and Miranda would not film nearly as much as in past seasons,” the friend revealed. “Producers understood.”
