Shae Bradley regrets creating a sex tape with her ex-boyfriend and co-star Jessie Johnson and is turning down an offer to sell it for profit.

"The materials are being used against me and it should be illegal. I am ashamed of my mistake and deeply regret it," Bradley told TMZ.

It's been a rough month for Bradley, as she is still dealing with the death of Buckwild star Shain Gandee. The reality star died in early April in a mudding accident alongside a friend and his uncle David. The West Virginia-based show was canceled by MTV after Gandee accidentally died.

Before Bradley and Johnson achieved fame on the MTV hit-show, the couple made the sex tape. Although Bradley wants to forget about the tape and put it behind her, Youporn.com has reportedly offered to pay $50,000 for the footage.

"Yes there is a sex tape and I regret making it with someone who I obviously couldn't trust and is looking to exploit the relationship we had," she said on Tuesday.

TMZ reported that Johnson admitted in court on Monday that his aim in promoting the sex tape was to ruin Bradley's life, which resulted in the judge's decision to destroy the footage.

"I don't care what happens to her," Johnson said nonchalantly.

"She sent them to me...If she didn't want me to see them, why would she send them to me?"

"I haven't slept, I can't eat. It's just disgusting," said Bradley. "I don't see how someone is allowed to just torment me non-stop."

Bradley seemed to be relieved by the situation after she took to her Twitter account to express her excitement about the judge's decision to destroy the tape.

"Regardless, karma is real. And if it doesn't happen on earth, we all have to stand before God someday," she tweeted on April 22.
