They were seemingly on the path to getting back on track with their marriage, but now, after Wyatt (Darin Brooks) destroyed Steffy's (Jacqueline MacInnes Wood) plot to keep Quinn (Rena Sofer) from having access to Eric (John McCook) by telling her the truth about who had Power of Attorney, the couple's marriage is in a more precarious state than ever on The Bold and the Beautiful.

Steffy forbade Wyatt from telling Quinn the truth, but he did it anyway because he was no longer going to support the scheming and the lying, and now that he's back at home, the two are in an all-out war as they try to determine if their marriage is really worth saving anymore at this point, and Steffy will seem convinced that there is no reason to even try anymore.

"This isn't easy for me, but I can't put up with this any longer," she says in a preview clip for the Wednesday, October 12 episode.

However, Wyatt will surprise her when he admits that while he was angry over her deception and attempt to try and destroy Quinn and take away something that was legally hers, that he still wants to work on their marriage and be with her. And when he senses her hesitation, he will call her out on what he thinks is their real problem-her commitment to actually being with him.

"Hey, I will fight to my last breath for us. For our marriage," he says in the clip. "The question is, will you?"

Now, Steffy may need to come clean to her husband and make a decision once and for all, as she may have to admit that she isn't as committed to working on their marriage as he is-and it could finally bring about the real decision the two will come to regarding the state of their relationship.

The Bold and the Beautiful airs Monday-Friday at 1:30 p.m. on CBS.
