Ever since his affair with Phyllis (Gina Tognoni) was revealed) things have seemed to be on a downward spiral for Billy (Jason Thompson) and after his bar brawl with Travis (Michael Roark), concerns about him will only continue to grow, especially as the anniversary of Delia's death rolls in on The Young and the Restless.

He has proven to be more confrontational with everyone than he has been in the past, and has taken special interest in trying to torment Victoria (Amelia Heinle) about her new relationship with Travis, and now, he has also decided to abruptly move out of Chancellor Mansion so he can distance himself from Jill (Jess Walton) and her machinations to try and get him and Victoria back together.

Now, with Delia's anniversary of her death arriving, he will pay his daughter's roadside memorial a visit, where he will run into her mother, Chloe (Elizabeth Hendrickson), and her other daughter, Bella, who she will brag is her second miracle, even though she didn't have the little girl with Billy.

"How lucky am I? Two miracles in one lifetime," she says to him in a preview clip for the Tuesday, October 11 episode.

Meanwhile, Jill will continue being extraordinarily concerns about her son, and will seek out Victoria to try and understand and figure out a way to get through to him, and she will tell Victoria that the worst thing she can do to her ex-husband is to continue distancing herself from him, because if she keeps doing so, Billy could plunge into depths that he won't ever recover from.

"Stop this nonsense about distance. If Billy feels he's alone in this now, I don't know what's going to happen," Jill says in the clip.

And though Victoria has grown sick and tired of always cleaning up Billy's messes, she will concede that at least for today, he could need comfort, and she will go to see him and provide that much-needed helping hand. However, Travis will witness the interaction, which could lead to new troubles later on down the road.

The Young and the Restless airs Monday-Friday at 12:30 p.m. on CBS.
