Johney Manziel is in the news doing something immature and reckless. He is accused of trashing one of the most famous homes in the Hollywood Hills. Danny Fitzgerald, celebrity real estate magnate says that he has rented his legendary Weidlake mansion to Manziel. He has been sued for not paying rent on a $25,000 per month party pad in the Hollywood Hills.

According to TMZ reports the owner of Weidlake mansion (that is used in tons of TV shows) has served Manziel and his friends with an eviction notice last week, claiming that the star has not paid the rent and has badly damaged the property.

Fitzgerald adds that police have been to the home many times to deal with night raging parties. He adds that his home is in bad condition- with more than $180k in damages to windows, doors and more.

The football star has denied all the allegations. He said that he never rented a house in the hills. He said that there is conspiracy behind this case. He added, "I've been staying with a friend when I've been in L.A. which, as of late, has not been much. This guy is upset with a friend of mine and dragging me into it." Since being out from the Browns, Manziel has continued his hard- accused of involved in three separate traffic incidents partying ways from his new base in Los Angeles.

This is not the first time when Manziel, 23 has done something that he is not suppose to do. Earlier, the football-star  is accused of hitting and threatening former girlfriend Colleen Crowley during a night out in January. In addition, "Manziel who re-enrolled himself at Texas A&M to get his degree in recreation, parks, and tourism sciences has been seen taking alcohol" People Magazine reports.

Hollywood Hills, a residential area located in the central area of Los Angeles, has been home to many famous stars since many decades. These homes are exclusive and expensive and offer ultimate privacy to owners as walls and gates surround these homes.
