The biggest question about "Stranger Things" season 2 is whether Eleven will be back on the second installment or not. Her vanishing at the end of season 1 has got many thinking that she died. However, theories are proving this is not what really happened.

The creators of the hit magical series are tight lipped on whether Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) is alive or not. However, TV Line reported that Brown will indeed be back for "Stranger Things" season 2. This is based on sources, who have confirmed her return.

Also, based on a Parent Herald report, Brown recently mentioned in an interview that she will soon be filming alongside some cast and crew, which she feels is her family. Based on the 12-year-old actress' filmography, the Netflix series is the only show she has been in where she is actually a regular. Therefore, fans believe that the telekinetic girl will be in season 2.

In the first season, Eleven defeated the monster. However, as a result of this, she disappeared. No body, no death, as some people would say. This is why many are confident that Eleven may just be stuck in the Upside Down and not really gone.

Speaking of Upside Down, if she is truly in there, Eleven might be back more powerful than she ever was. Will (Noah Schnapp) stayed there for a week and when he came back, he acquired the power of shifting between worlds.

Provided that Eleven will stay in the Upside Down for a year, the time frame the creators said as the gap between seasons 1 and 2, this could only connote that she will certainly be able to harness her powers even more and may acquire new ones.

"Stranger Things" season 2 is currently filming in Atlanta. It unofficial premiere will be in summer of 2017 on Netflix.
