Jessica Simpson listed her Beverly Hills home for $7.995 million, the same house she bought the day she filed for divorce from Nick Lachey in December 2005.

The 32-year-old bought the home for $5.275 million and the 5,500-square-foot home was custom-built in 1991, according to real estate website Redfin. The home includes five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a restaurant-style gourmet kitchen and a pool. There is also an office/library, a gym, and master suite with French doors that lead to a deck overlooking the yard. Outside, a walled and gated stone courtyard, leads to a koi pond.

Details include ebonized hardwood floors, crown moldings and high ceilings. The home has been owned by several celebrities including Ellen Degeneres, who bought it in 2001 and sold it in 2003 to celebrity manager Rick Yorn. The property is next door to the estate once owned by Kimora Lee Simmons, where filming took place for her reality TV show Life in the Fab Lane. It is also around the corner from Keith Urban and Nicole Kidman's residence.

Simpson and Lachey were married for three years before they decided to mutually part ways in 2005. Lachey has since moved on and married actress Vanessa Minnillo in 2011. Together they have son Camden John Lachey, who will be 1 in September.

Simpson got engaged to NFL player Eric Johnson in November of 2010. Together they have a daughter named Maxwell Drew, 1, and Simpson is pregnant with her second child, which she announced in March will be a boy. The couple has yet to get married. The family currently live in a Hidden Hills, Calif., home formerly owned by Ozzy and Sharon Osbourne.
