The Film Independent Spirit Awards are set to air live Saturday on IFC, but the show will also be available to live stream.

The 2017 Film Independent Spirit Awards will honor excellence in the world of independent film. Many of the films nominated for top awards also broke through at the Oscars, including Moonlight, Manchester by the Sea, Jackie, Hell or High Water, Captain Fantastic, Elle, Loving, 20th Century Women, O.J.: Made in America and 13th.

American Honey has the most nominations at this year's Indie Spirits with six, including Best Film, Best Female Lead for Sasha Lane, Best Supporting Male for Shia LaBeouf, Best Supporting Female for Riley Keough, Best Director for Andrea Arnold and Best Cinematography for Robbie Ryan.

Other Best Film nominees include Chronic, Jackie, Manchester by the Sea and Moonlight, and many of the film's stars are nominated for acting awards including Chronic's Tim Roth, Jackie's Natalie Portman and Manchester by the Sea's Casey Affleck and Lucas Hedges. The cast of Moonlight has already won the Robert Altman Award for Best Ensemble, making the cast ineligible for the acting categories.

Nick Kroll and John Mulaney, who star in Oh, Hello on Broadway, are set to host this year's awards.

Presenters this year include Fred Armisen, Hank Azaria, Kate Beckinsale, Orlando Bloom, Kirsten Dunst, Joseph Gordon-Levitt, Jon Hamm, Taraji P. Henson, Samuel L. Jackson, Danny McBride, Janelle Monae, Viggo Mortensen, David Oyelowo, Amanda Peet, Freida Pinto, Aubrey Plaza, Issa Rae, Edgar Ramirez, Jenny Slate, Miles Teller and Kerry Washington.

The 2017 Film Independent Spirit Awards begin at 5 p.m. ET / 2 p.m. PT on IFC. If you don't get IFC, you can also live stream the awards on Sundance Now. The online streaming service is $5.99 per month, but you can sign up for a free trial. The awards show will be available to watch on Sundance Now after the live broadcast.
