"Chicago Fire" Season 5 is once again setting the air waves on fire with its dramatic plot twists. In the recently concluded episode, "Telling Her Goodbye," the viewers are seemingly left in a status of emotional wreck as a shocking hostage taking took place.

According to TV Line, Casey and Stella were the first two people to catch that something wrong was about to happen in "Chicago Fire" Season 5 Episode 16. Hearing gun shots from outside, Casey and Stella scrambled to lock down their station. However, they were too late and armed and dangerous men had already entered their station.

Five burly gang members were able to penetrate the station and were holding the rescue team on duty. Everything happened too fast that Casey and Stella were not even able to alert Chief Boden of the danger that was happening in front of their eyes. "Chicago Fire" Season 5 scenes got even more intense when Casey took the advantage to call for help when he saw a gang member heavily wounded. Things took a turn for the worse in "Chicago Fire" Season 5 when other gang members drove up to Firehouse 51.

On another note, "Chicago Fire" Season 5 also got a new recruit via Kamal Angelo Bolden. According to Deadline, the Nashville Children's Theater actor will be joining the series for four to five episodes. Depending on how things go, Kamal might become a regular for "Chicago Fire" Season 6, playing the role of Kannell, a charismatic chap with a million dollar smile.

The possibility of Kamal Angelo Bolden becoming a regular in "Chicago Fire" is quite big, considering that he has already starred in reputable series like "Insecure" and Rosewood." Meanwhile, catch the next "Chicago Fire" Season 5 Episode 17, "Babies And Fools," on March. 28.
