According to RadarOnline, the 36-year-old kitchen star was involved in DUIs, drug abuse, terroristic threats, and many other criminal charges.

In Feb. 2014, he was arrested "for the possession of an instrument of crime with intent, terroristic threats with intent to terrorize another, simple assault and recklessly endangering another person," as stated in the court papers from the Municipal Court of Philadelphia.

However, he was found not guilty on the charges of assault and the possession of an instrument of crime with intent. He was also cleared of the other charges.

Meanwhile, he was also charged with the illegal possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. Giganti pleads guilty this time and he was asked for a single year of probation plus a $300 fine.
