Fans saw more drama than ever on the fourth season of Bravo's Married To Medicine. Now, we know who's coming back for another round for the fifth season of the popular reality series.

None other than Dr. Jackie Walters confirmed the news via her Instagram page recently.

She confirmed that her good friend, on and off the show, Simone Whitmore, will be returning as well as the one and only, Dr. Heavenly Kimes. Her post also confirmed that a new doctor will be joining the ladies on the physicians' side.

Fans of Toya Bush-Harris, Quad Webb-Lunceford and even Mariah Huq can rejoice as Walters confirmed they will be returning as well.

One name and face who's missing is Lisa Nicole Cloud. She joined the show in its second season and has been facing off with the ladies ever since. It appears the drama was too much for her because she will not be returning for another season.

It might be safe to say the show not only took a toll on Cloud's image but her marriage as well.

She told TMZ that she decided to leave the show and pursue other ventures.

"I've made some decisions as it relates to my own businesses," she said.

Cloud went on to say that she has participated in New York Fashion Week and Los Angeles Fashion Week as a way to indicate her businesses off the show are doing well.

She added that she wants to focus on those endeavors as opposed to being on reality television.

This might be the best for Cloud after the drama she faced last season. One of the most integral parts is when her husband, Dr. Darren Naugles, nearly missed a couple's trip.

It resulted in the entire cast speculating about their marriage. The two also bumped heads on whether they wanted more children.

Married to Medicine returns later this year.
