Desiree Hartsock will drop a shocking secret about a suitor during the hometown dates episode on The Bachelorette on July 15.

According to a sneak preview on E!, Desiree drops a bombshell to Brooks Forester's mother. He initially told Hartsock he "wasn't sure" about trying to win her heart, so she is uncertain if they have a future together.

Forester's mother sequesters Hartsock for a private meeting after they meet. She questions Hartsock's intentions towards her son after she gushes about how in love the Bachelorette and her son appear to be. When she asked Hartsock if she could see herself starting a family with her son, Hartsock revealed that Forester has cold feet.

"It's nice to meet you guys, and get more insight," Hartsock explains to Forester's mother in the sneak preview. "The main thing I was wondering was if he was ready for marriage because he has mentioned that he wasn't sure coming into it."

Tonight's episode will offer another surprise: the return of Hartosck's brother, Nate Hartsock. After Desiree admits in the clip below that Nate "ruined" her opportunity to hit it off with Sean Lowe when she appeared on The Bachelor, she said she needs to see her brother before her rose ceremony with the last four suitors.

Nate, who made his television debut when he called Sean Lowe a "playboy" in Season 17 of The Bachelor, appears anxious to meet Desiree's remaining four suitors. When she meets her overprotective sibling, he tells her he'd like to "get in their heads." He also expressed concern about her meeting someone through a reality show, adding that it will not turn out well.

Lowe explained in his blog at the time that Nate was the reason why he eliminated Desiree in The Bachelor Season 17 during the hometown visit episode that aired February 18. Nate upset Lowe when he accused him of being a "playboy."

"I'm still confused as to what led her brother to call me a playboy and a fake," Lowe wrote on his blog for People at the time. "He decided to attack my character and integrity, and I honestly don't know what provoked him...Her brother didn't affect the way I looked at Des, but it did make me wonder if I could be in the same family as her brother."

During tonight's episode suitor Drew Kenney will also admit that he's in love with Desiree.

Episode 8 of The Bachelorette Season 9, The Hometown Date special, will premiere on Monday, July 15 at 8 p.m. EST/& Central on ABC.
