After Monday night's hometown dates on The Bachelorette 2013, Desiree Hartsock narrowed down her suitors to three. During the rose ceremony, Zak was eliminated, leaving Brooks, Chris and Drew to compete to win Desiree's heart.

With only a short time left, Bachelorette Season 4 winner Jesse Csincsak dished his advice for how these guys can win her heart and make the relationship last after the show is over.

Rule #1: Be Yourself.

"Don't pretend to be anything you're not," the former winner told EnStars. "If she thinks you're a pro football player, but really you're an accountant, it won't end well."

Rule #2: Don't Try to Rig the Competition

"The producers know who they think will win by the final 8, but nothing is guaranteed," Csincsak revealed. He admitted that during Season 4, the Bachelorette DeAnna Pappas told Graham Bunn he was the winner, which created "a ton of behind the scenes drama." Ultimately, Bunn was eliminated right after -- and Csincsak, who thought he'd be let go early on, suddenly became the last man standing.

"Depending on the untold events that happen behind the scenes, you never know what will happen with the final guys on the show," he said, adding that Desiree's suitors all have an equal shot at winning and no one should get cocky until the ring is on her finger.

Rule #3: No Matter What, You Must Propose

Due to the signed contracts, the final guys must propose.

"Producers make you feel like you're on vacation like, 'Wow, this is fun!' Then the cameras go off, and you have ten minutes to think about what just happened," he recalled. "You pinch yourself and suddenly realize, yep, you're engaged after only knowing this girl a few weeks."

Rule #4: After Filming, Stay Out of Hollywood

As Csincsak learned, most reality TV relationships don't last because of the glare of the limelight.

"The couples are just kept so busy in front of cameras at red carpets and events after the show is over that they don't have time to break up," he admits. But if it's true love, and the guys want it to work, they'll have to get out of Hollywood.

"Run for the hills and get out of Hollywood," he advises. "Get back to real life if you want it to work. You'll still be offered stuff in the limelight, but you won't have TMZ or cameras on your doorstep."

Rule #5: Don't Expect to Keep the Engagement Bling

Csincsak dished the cold truth about the pricey Bachelorette bling.

"Any couple that doesn't stay together for two years has to return the ring to the show, so at this point only two couples actually still have the ring they were given on the show," he said.

Those two couples are Trista and Ryan Sutter, who met on the first season of The Bachelorette, and newlyweds Ashley Hebert and J.P. Rosenbaum. (The Sutters will celebrate their 10th wedding anniversary later this year.)

"Like I said, move out of Hollywood, and you'll be just fine," Csincsak offered as a final sentiment to Desiree's final suitors.

The Bachelorette airs Monday at 8 p.m. on ABC.
