Actor Mark Gatiss, known in front of the camera and behind it creatively for British standouts Doctor Who and Sherlock, is now set to appear in the upcoming season of HBO's Game of Thrones.

Although the details on the 46-year-old's character have yet to be announced, Entertainment Weekly suspects that showrunners David Benioff and Dan Weiss may reveal more at the Comic-Con panel this coming Friday. 

In other Game of Thrones happenings, many fans have been speculating whether Arya's character in the TV series would be adhering to her actions the Storm of Swords novel.

In the read, she ends up being left with The Hound (Rory McCann) after learning that her mother Catelyn (Michelle Fairley) and brother Robb (Richard Madden) had died during the Red Wedding. She stabs a man mocking Robb.

However, the Hound feels that his only choice is to bring Arya to Aunt Lysa (Kate Dickie) to the Vale of Arryn. Interestingly, Lysa was the person who wanted to push Tyrion (Peter Dinklage) from a sky tower. Soon after, Arya finds a horse and names him Craven, but she comes to the realization that they can't get themselves to Eyrie
