Keith Urban shared why and how he is still happily married to wife Nicole Kidman.

In an interview on the podcast "The Big Talk Show," the country music musician declared that they are "as regular as you get" as a duo.

"We're just a couple who figure things out, go through things together, life, and support each other the best we can while trying to raise our family," Keith explained.

"Underneath it all, I believe we're as normal as you can get," he added.

The "Blue Ain't Your Color" singer said that when he first met Nicole, he wasn't in the best of moods.

The 54-year-old also recalled their first encounter at a Los Angeles event in 2005, alleging the actress was lovely and obviously "way out of his league."

Keith added that he was struggling with a lot of troubles at the time and never dreamed that someone like the "Being the RIcardos" actress would see anything in him.

"It's remarkable that it became what it was planned to be."

Nicole was praised by Keith as "ethereal, celestial, unearthly, highly mysterious," as well as "completely down to earth at the same time and really humorous."

Nicole Kidman Believes They Aren't a 'Role Model' Couple

While Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban are almost perfect for celebrity relationships and marriage, the blonde beauty recently thought over their relationship and acknowledged that they aren't.

Speaking on Australia's "Today" program, the "Beguiled" actress remarked that she and Keith are not a "role model marriage," with the presenter insinuating that they are a "pin-up couple" for "making it work."

"We don't want to be a pin-up combo," Nicole, who was married to Tom Cruise, continued.

"The only thing we want is to be a happy couple who can have a good life together. Everyone is entitled to their own relationship. We're simply so precious of our own bubble. The things that work for us, remain with us."

She also highlighted how they combine family and business life, adding they "really sit, as most couples do," and speak about their intentions.

According to reports, they prioritize their family and one other as "nothing is more crucial than that."
