There have been reports that Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will be in the UK next month to attend Queen Elizabeth II's Platinum Jubilee.

However, Prince William is dubious of the couple's attendance because he suspects they have an ulterior reason.

The Duke of Cambridge and his wife, Kate Middleton, are allegedly worried that the Duke and Duchess of Sussex will execute a "stunt" to grab the spotlight as Queen Elizabeth II celebrates her 70th year as head of the realm.

According to The Sun, Prince William was severely affected by the Oprah Winfrey interview last year. The royal family, per Prince Harry and Meghan, are racist, and the Duke of Cambridge made the former Hollywood actress weep.

The oldest son of Prince Charles and the late Princess Diana hasn't seen his 36-year-old brother since the unveiling of their mother's monument last July.

"William wants to talk to Harry to mend the split between them, but he's afraid it'll end up on Netflix, Oprah, or Harry's planned book."

Aside from Prince Harry and Meghan, they would be there with their children, Archie and Lilibet.

They are believed to be invited to select occasions and are even assured global coverage - but they will not be on the Palace balcony with Her Majesty for Trooping of the Color.

According to royal writer Tom Bowell, Prince William was concerned that his brother and sister-in-law might stage a publicity stunt.

"Kate and William would be silly not to be suspicious, and unwise not to be careful," he said.

Palace To Ban Netflix Cameras During Platinum Jubilee Celebrations

According to The Sun, despite Prince Harry and Meghan Markle being speculated to play important parts in some occasions, Netflix will not receive the prized footage.

The palace staff is going to prohibit cameras and crews from capturing the celebrations in order to minimize "conflict" with the royal family, according to the site.

Another source by the publication revealed allowing Netflix to shoot might "create complications" and possibly "a significant diversion."

"Senior courtiers predict Netflix will see it as one large opportunity to capitalize on their multimillion-dollar deal with the couple."

The source further explained palace aides will be keeping a careful eye on the team in attendance and will be ready to warn them that there will be no shooting.

This story comes after sources indicated that Netflix executives are dissatisfied with Prince Harry and Meghan, claiming that the pair snubbed them by opting to do an NBC interview about their visit with the Queen rather for the streaming site.

"Netflix would have welcomed the first remarks on the Queen's visit for the documentary," the insider said, referring to Netflix's recent feud with the Duke and Duchess of Sussex. "It was a huge irritant that they were made to another broadcaster."
