Meghan Markle's highly-awaited animated Netflix show "Pearl" has reportedly been canceled.

Experts feel the Duchess of Sussex is now left with nothing after Netflix dropped her lone active project.

The cancellation of the animation by Netflix has been portrayed as a calamity, not just for the former "Suits" star but also for her husband, Prince Harry.

"Pearl" was planned to tell the narrative of a 12-year-old girl who investigates renowned ladies throughout history.

According to many sources, the program was canceled not because of Meghan Markle, but owing to budget limitations caused by Netflix's enormous drop in member numbers.

The mother of two works as an executive producer with industry heavyweights such as David Furnish.

The cancellation of "Pearl," however, is a "total disaster" for the Duke and Duchess of Sussex, according to analyst Rafe Heydel-Mankoo.

He said that while Prince Harry's Invictus documentary is still in production, there is nothing for Meghan to show for it.

"It's really bringing into question whether they can walk the walk - they're fantastic at talking the talk," the analyst continued.

He also saw that they have an agreement with Spotify but only produced one podcast. The couple's Netflix contract has been in existence for over two years, but there has been little to show for it.

"It appears as though, you know, other from grumbling about the royals, there's not much that they're able to do," Rafe continued.

A writer also claimed that Meghan Markle felt mortified after Netflix cancelled her program, causing her "woke bubble" to burst.

According to Andrew Pierce of the Daily Mail's Palace Confidential, the contract isn't even two years old, and they've already discovered that Meghan Markle's "fame" is dwindling in the United States.

"What does that imply about Meghan's fall from grace?" he wondered.

The writer went on to say that Netflix's decision to cancel Meghan Markle's Netflix cartoon before it was ever completed demonstrates that her star power is rapidly dwindling.

"I believe Netflix is realizing they are not the investment they thought they were."

"'Pearl' was really significant to Meghan herself, the great woke warrior Queen - it's a big blow to her ego and status."

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle inked a $112 million agreement with Netflix but have yet to produce anything for the streaming service.
