Fans have other things to talk about other than Johnny Depp and Amber Heard. It's now Johnny Depp and Camille Vasquez, her lawyer.

Rumors spread that Depp and Vasquez are dating after fans noticed their flirtatious looks and touches in court.

But, as much as Depp supporters want him to meet with the celebrity lawyer, who has questioned Heard on the cross-examination and has been dubbed the "Queen" by many fans, it might land Vasquez in legal and ethical hot water, perhaps jeopardizing the "Edward Scissorhands" actor's case.

According to a person familiar with the Depp vs. Heard defamation case who spoke to ET, their claimed romance is "absolutely, 100 percent completely bogus."

Camilla Vasquez, an associate at the legal firm Brown Rudnick in California, became a "Queen" and overnight phenomenon after cross-examining the "Aquaman" star in court since Monday, resulting in many jaw-dropping moments since the trial began roughly six weeks ago.

The 36-year-old was also accused by the associate lawyer of inventing sexual assault charges against the "Pirates of the Caribbean" actor.

She didn't even hold back when she asked Heard whether it was her ex-husband who secured her the DC Universe part, to which the actress replied, "Please excuse me. Ms. Vasquez, no. I got the part after auditioning. That is how it works."

Fans Do Not Want Rumors of Johnny Depp Dating His Lawyer to Spread

Many fans have been wondering whether something was going on between Johnny Depp and Camille Vasquez since photos and videos of them began to circulate online.

The attorney was seen twice hugging the 58-year-old actor, caressing his chest, and grasping his hand.

Meanwhile, the veteran actor could be seen beaming from ear to ear as he massaged her back and locked eyes with her as she walked away.

Reporters even caught Vasquez leaving the courthouse on Tuesday, asking her directly if the reports were true, to which she grinned and responded no.

While many fans hope that the claims are real, some feel that it is a smear effort designed to harm Depp and Vasquez legally.

"Stop talking about relationship rumors and start talking about how professional and wonderful she is at her work, revealing an abusive monster like Amber Heard to the world," one Twitter user stated.

Another individual stated, "For starters, it would be immoral and would harm his case. Second, Camille is an incredible lawyer who has battled like a boss for Depp over the last two days."

"Depp is only expressing his gratitude since Camille and the rest of the team are fighting for him."

Can Johnny Depp Date Camille Vasquez?

According to the Supreme Court of Virginia, a lawyer is not permitted to have sexual relations with a client unless they are voluntary and existing when the client-lawyer relationship began.

However, according to Virginia's existing ethical authority, "it is obvious that getting into a sexual connection with a client while representation might substantially undermine the client's interests."

The two cannot date, aside from legal issues, because it has also been revealed that Camille Vasquez has been dating a British realtor for several months already, per the Daily Mail.
