Two new videos for Homeland season 3 were posted recently, featuring some insight into the new season.

The first video, posted on YouTube by Showtime on Sunday, is a behind-the-scenes look at season 3. Claire Danes who plays Carrie Mathison on the show, said that her character would be feeling "hugely culpable" about the death of some of her colleagues that took place during the season 2 finale. She explained that Carrie feels responsible for the bombing at Langley because she stopped taking her medication, which dulled her senses.

Carrie will be exposing details from the case against Brody to the public in season 3, which will cause many of her colleagues to confront her. She is told that making the case so public would "bury the agency" while Quinn (Rupert Friend) tells her that she can't go around spilling agency secrets.

The video also revealed that the CIA will attempt to track down Brody (Damian Lewis). Saul (Mandy Patinkin) will be the leader of the new agency attempting to hunt for Brody, but his team isn't cooperating with each other.

One of the scenes in the video features Saul and his wife discussing the possibility that Congress might even shut down the CIA. "Congress has that power," Saul says, seeming to accept his fate.

The second video, posted Aug, 16, features new series regular F. Murray Abraham (Dar Adal) on the set of Homeland. The 30-second video offers a sneak peak at one of the scenes that will be featured in season 3. It features Quinn shooting at someone in a darkened room, though the identity of the person is not revealed.
