Jennifer Lopez is one hot mama!

On Wednesday, the American Idol judge, 44, flaunted her toned tummy and rock hard abs in a photo posted on Instagram.

One of the snaps was posted by the singer's stylist Rob Zangardi with the caption, "Guess who?!!"

Lopez -- who shares two children, Max and Emme, 5, with her estranged spouse Mark Anthony -- showed of a trim waistline in a cropped denim shirt and matching drop-waist jeans.

She will maker her return to American Idol in January. Auditions start this fall and she has to be in front of the camera by the end of the year.

She will be on the judge's panel with a returning Keith Urban, who survived last season with Mariah Carey and Nicki Minaj, and with newcomer Harry Connick Jr.

The Jenny From The Block hit maker has also been busy supporting her friend Leah Remini. On September 16, she showed up in the Dancing With the Stars audience to cheer on her pal who is competing for the mirror ball trophy.

Remini, who recently left the Church of Scientology, debuted on Dancing With the Stars with a fox trot with partner Tony Dovolani. Lopez was in the audience to cheer her on, wiping away a tear after Remini's dance was over. Aww!
