Olivia Culpo, who was crowned Miss Universe, might be headed to jail.

Nick Jonas' girlfriend faces serious jail time after participating in an unauthorized fashion shoot at the Taj Mahal, according to reports.

During her stay, she reportedly shot a commercial for footwear at the iconic white marble mausoleum, which is a World Heritage Site and protected by India’s Heritage Act.

Now, Indian police have filed a case against Miss Universe, for an unauthorized fashion shoot, a police officer told the NY Post.

Police Inspector Sushant Gaur said Culpo and others in her group are accused of violating India’s Heritage Act. Culpo, from Cranston, Rhode Island, was on a 10-day visit to India.

He said they shot a commercial for footwear at the Taj Mahal on Sunday without the permission of the state-run Archaeological Survey of India.

If Culpo and crew are found guilty of violating the Heritage Act, they face a $1,600 fine (roughly equivalent to 100,000 rupees). Olivia could be sent to jail for up to two years.
