Glee said goodbye to Finn Hudson and Cory Monteith Thursday night.
Thursday's episode opened with the cast dressed in simple black and singing Seasons of Love from Broadway's Rent.
We learned that three weeks had passed since the funeral of the now deceased Finn. His survivors were congregating at McKinley High.
The episode was mostly vignettes of grief alternating with solo performances, or solo performances alternating with vignettes of grief.
Some of the musical numbers included Mercedes (Amber Riley) singing "Stand By You," Santana singing "If I Die Young," Artie (Kevin McHale) and Sam (Chord Overstreet) singing "Fire and Rain" and Puck performing "No Surrender"
Lea Michele, who had been Monteith's girlfriend, arrived in the last quarter hour. Openly crying and with her arms folded, she sang Make You Feel My Love.
Then she said: "He was my person."
