P. Diddy is caught up in a scandal after James "Jimmy Henchman," Rosemond, a convicted drug lord claimed that the rapper was having "sexual relationships with under age boys."

According to U.S. District Court documents, federal investigators asked Rosemond if he'd been linked with any celebrities and the new Revolt honcho sexual predilections were among the names discussed in nine pre-trial "proffer" sessions that occurred in 2011.

At the time, Rosemond met with DEA and IRS officials to determine a deal, which they went against.

Rosemond claimed he and Diddy had a "cordial relationship" in which they did business together a few years ago.

According to Rosemond's affidavit, Sean Combs was said to be "having sexual relationships with under age boys."

Other celebrity names that came up were Wyclef Jean and the Rev. Al Sharpton, but Rosemond denied that he conducted business with them.

Currently, Rosemond is petitioning for a new trial, as he will be sentenced to a mandatory prison life sentence in Brooklyn on Friday.

Meanwhile, Diddy launched his new Revolt TV network on Time Warner Cable Tuesday.

In an interview with NYC radio station Power 105.1, The music industry mogul says his goal for Revolt is to be the one source for all things music.

"That's really the opportunity I saw. I saw there was no ESPN of music, no CNN of music, there was no one trusted destination for music," Diddy said.
