The Nov. 21 episode of Grey's Anatomy will center around the holidays, with Meredith Grey planning to host a Thanksgiving dinner at her house, but has she since forgiven her best friend Cristina Yang for going behind her back?

In the show's Nov. 7 episode, titled Two Against One, Meredith felt the ultimate betrayal when Cristina used her new 3D printing machine for her own surgery, though Meredith was hours in to printing something that would help her research. The once best friends have been drifting apart since the start of season 10, evident also when Meredith casually - but not really - invited Cristina to a Halloween party she was hosting.

Will Meredith invite Cristina to her Thanksgiving dinner and more importantly, will Cristina show up?

Still photos from Somebody That I Used to Know shows them having a serious conversation in Grey-Sloan Memorial Hospital as Meredith appears to make an effort proving her point with a hand gesture.

All fans know about the upcoming episode is its official synopsis released by ABC:

"In Somebody That I Used to Know Ben worries that a casual conversation with Derek could potentially cause issues for Bailey, Cristina turns to Shane as tension grows with Meredith, and April's upcoming wedding makes for an uncomfortable situation between Jackson and Stephanie. Meanwhile, Meredith plans a Thanksgiving dinner at her house."

A promotional video for the upcoming episode shows Cristina talking to Alex Karev about her lack of sex, saying, "I should be getting laid. My work suffers when I'm not." To help with her problem, intern Shane tells her "I'm available," to which the surgeon replies, "are you offering to service me?"

Grey's Anatomy airs Thursdays at 9 p.m. ET on ABC.
