Heidi Montag showed off a new look while on vacation at the One & Only Palmilla Resort.

Located near Cabo San Lucas, Montag and her husband, Spencer Pratt, made their way down to Mexican getaway to celebrate their fifth anniversary just  a few weeks after The Hills alum underwent breast reduction surgery on Oct. 4, according to The Daily Mail.

Now 27 years old, Montag has come to regret some of the plastic surgery decisions she made at age 23. Back in 2009, the reality TV star received 10 different procedures from Dr. Frank Ryan, including a surgery to increase her breast size to an F-Cup, according to the Christain Post.

Montag recently enlisted the help of Angelina Jolie's surgeon, Dr. Jay Orringer, in order to reduce her breasts to a size C due to health issues.

"Over the past few years my implants have handicapped me, I have not been able to do a lot of things," Montag admitted to The Daily Mail. "Over the past nine months I have not been able to do laundry, or look after my dogs or clean my house and I have had to stop working out because my injuries are so severe I cannot even do simple things like rowing or running."

Montag explained that she underwent the original procedures because she allowed negative comments to make her insecure about her body.

"I let myself be a victim of that and I listened to what other people said and let myself become really insecure and I had a doctor that made it sound really easy and a quick fix and it ended up being a hard road and I inflicted a lot of pain, mentally and physically, on myself," Montag told The Daily Mail. "If I had to go back and do it again I definitely wouldn't and I would not recommend that."
