Golnesa "GG" Gharachedaghi revealed her "new boobies" to fans on Wednesday.

'Shahs Of Sunset' Will Return In 'Early 2015'

As Shahs of Sunset viewers await the upcoming fourth season of the Bravo reality show, Gharachedaghi debuted her latest plastic surgery.

"Thank you @drvladimirgrigoryants for my new boobies!" Gharachedaghi wrote on Instagram on Wednesday, along with a new photo of herself. "I always keep it real about what's fake. #NoShameInMyGame."

Earlier this year, Gharachedaghi, who was recently linked to Vanderpump Rules star Jax Taylor, underwent liposuction, and revealed before and after photos to TMZ.

"GG hit up Dr. Rollins at Elite Body Sculpture in Beverly Hills recently -- the same place Shanna Moakler went last year -- where she received a Brazilian butt lift and an Airsculpt Laser Liposculpture to suck fat out of her abdomen ... then had it transferred into her butt," the site reported. "In all, we're told the quickie procedure took three inches off her waistline and removed 1 liter of pure fat."

Gharachedaghi isn't the only Shahs of Sunset star to transform their body. Over the summer, Mercedes "MJ" Javid revealed to TMZ that she lost a total of 20 pounds by "having lots of sex" and exercising.

"I'm too pretty to be fat!" she said at the time.

Shahs of Sunset will return to Bravo for season four later this year. The show was initially scheduled to premiere in Oct. 2014, but was pushed back after several staff members went on strike.
