New mother and Hart of Dixie star Jaime King gave fans a sneek peek of her return to the show after being gone on maternity leave.

She shared a picture on Instagram Thursday, Dec. 12 of her in costume as her character Lemon with a blonde wig and a diamond headband, intense smoky eye and red lips. She captioned the shot "Roaring Twenties #HartOfDixie" and tagged Claudia Lee, who is also in the photo and plays her younger sister Magnolia on the show.

King also posted another picture of her costume as she holds on to an oversized gray wraparound full of feathers.

Executive Producer Leila Gerstein said King is returning for the show's 14th episode, making her gone for a total of five. In the fall midseason finale, which aired Nov. 25, Lemon left Bluebell after losing a bet to Brick about helping out her grandmother who broke her hip. The show is currently on hiatus and resumes Monday, Jan. 13. 

Actor Robert Buckley may also return to play Lemon's love interest, Peter.

"There is a very strong chance that Robert Buckley will be back. We love Robert Buckley. And it seems like you guys like Robert Buckley too," Gerstein said.

Hart of Dixie moves to Friday nights in March. 

The show resumes from its break in January and will go on another brief hiatus after the Monday, Feb. 10 episode, then returning Friday March 21 at 9/8c. Starting then, it will air after Whose Line Is It Anyway? As for Mondays, a new show called Star-Crossed will take the spot of starting Feb. 17.
